After losing her father naina despite having poor financial condition becomes a lawyer and takes revenge from her father's killers. 

After losing their father at a young age two sisters naina and bhavna are forced to live according to the norms of the society. To take revenge from her father's business partners bhavna plots a plan but fails miserably, to continue to take revenge naina studies law herself and take revenge from her father's killers.
In between she falls for kartik kapoor, one of naina's father's killer son. Kartik also falls for her, she decides to forgive kartik and they got married. But destiny wanted something else they had a rough split, due to some reason.
After 5 years kartik returns home from Australia. Naina has stopped working and is married to a arrogant man. Naina and her new husband raise their daughter kriti.
Kriti was actually kartik's daughter, after knowing the truth naina new husband plans to kill kriti, in order to do so looses his own life.

At last naina dies sitting on a chair and rembers Kartik while holding kartik's picture.
